Yes, however, rates may vary depending on where you live. In most countries, you’ll be contacted by your customs authorities to inform you of the cost you have to endure on your fragrances or skincare orders, and once that’s cleared, your parcel will be on its way to your doorstep!

We're sorry, but right now we can't send skincare items to more than one address in a single order.
If you want to send our products to different places, you'll need to make separate orders for each address.
Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of buying it.
We'll give you a full refund as long as the product is unused and still in its original packaging. This applies if you're not satisfied with what you bought, if the product arrived damaged, or if you changed your mind.
Please note that we can only accept returns for items bought from our website, www.smoengi.com.

If the item is broken or damaged in transit, customers may contact customer service via email at Info@smoengi.com and leave a brief description and photo of the damaged product within 7 days from the delivery of your order.
Please return the damaged product to us and once we receive the return, we will process the replacement, and shipping charges will be reimbursed fully.

After we check your items and make sure everything is okay, we'll refund your money within 8-10 business days. The refund will start from the day we approve the return.
